Appalling customer service - I am trying to organise getting my items out of storage with Winchester Removals and shipped to my new address. So far this has taken FOUR MONTHS of emailing and telephoning. I have had one email in response - saying they have been very busy and my request got overlooked. However, since that email, no other response whatsoever. I am now in the process of instructing solicitors to handle this matter in the hope they will succeed where I didn't - namely getting Winchester Removals to respond to me and get my items out of storage with them. I wish I had never used this company and would never recommend them to others. This is beyond a bad joke and I just hoping that my items are safe and still where they are supposed to be. 16-08-09
