Kitchen Refurbishment. - We had S M Home Improvements refurbish our kitchen. New doors on the cupboards and drawer fronts, new tiles around the new sink. They also fitted a fantastic cartridge water purifier as we like to drink a lot of water, this was a brilliant idea of theirs and very well done. Cheers guy’s – clean, tidy, and professional.

loft - i was recommended S M Home improvement so i used this firm to create me a loft conversion to my standard, and thats excactly what i got. i was very pleased with the outcome and was amazed by how quickly it was done in. recommend to all that whats a jobwell done.

toilet 2 wetroom - i was recommended S M home improvements by a friend, they came and changed my toilet upstairs into a wet room there service was great and the price dint changed and was finishes to a high standered. thank you S M home improvements

My shinny new bathroom - I can now clean my bathroom with ease because the finish is very good. I will say they did more than we expected, but at the quoted price. S. M. Home Improvements is a building company I would recommend.

Kitchen and Batroom refurb. - S. M. Home Improvements have fitted a new bathroom and kitchen in my flat and I am very pleased with the results. The finishing is to a very high standard and I have always felt achieving this was their main priority throughout the work. They have been both reliable and flexible during the job. I would highly recommended their services.

Kitchen Wall Removal - Wall removed between kitchen and dinning room and inserted R.S.J. Move boiler to adjacent wall and sort out electrics as needed i.e. light switches / power points etc. S. M. Home Improvements are prompt starters, telephoned daily with update of progress, are very helpful and friendly and accommodate changes required. i.e. gas pipe had to be moved due to units being put back in a different place than initially agreed. They dealt efficiently with the S.C.C. building inspectors. The quality of work was completed to a high standard and therefore we would recommend S. M. Home Improvements to anyone.
(Their humour and wit should be captured in a bottle and sold in supermarkets under the label “old codger” ! ! ! ! !)

Stair case renovation. - They moved our stair case. Other builders said it could not be done. S. M. Home Improvements did it and was cheap compared to the other quotes for a new stair case. The work is perfect. I would recommend them as they are good. A very happy customer.

Very resonable priced builder - S. M. Home improvements provided us with an estimate, on completion of the works the price was less than their estimate ! Nice to find a honest and good quality builder.
