extremely rude customer service overpriced not to trust. I asked for a quote and ended up paying 6 times the price for a simple change of lock (from 50 over the phone to 300 £ when the locksmith arrived). Asked why it was so expensive, took days to get the invoice a customer service rudely reacted hanging on me and accusing me of being the rude one! not to use again. Better use your local locksmith in your area. 16-07-18

Patronising, and upped the price - Quoted me £80-£99 for a replacement lock. 2 days later, my partner gives them the same info and it's £119. First the guys turns up 2 hours early (no complaints here) but then complains how he can't find the place and can't park (this is LONDON!). When payment comes up, turns up he *forgot* to mention how VAT wasn't included on top of the new £119 price!
On top of this, the work was hardly sterling. There are plenty of others to try. 29-05-12
