Ruthless receptionist at Tec Centre - On the first few appointments a receptionist called Ruth, seems pleasant enough, however you then realise that it is just a front. She starts to book you into the wrong sessions(to fill up the slots) or cancels your appointment at the last minute. She will swear blind that she has phoned you to make, rearrange or cancel an appointment, even though you provide evidence that she hasn't, she doesn't even blink when she tells you an outright lie!! She phoned me a few weeks ago to say that there was a cancellation and could I get there in 10 mins. Of course I could as I am just around the corner. I'll even take a taxi so should be with you in 5 mins I told her. She phoned me back 2 mins later to say "Sorry but someone else has taken it". Good job I hadn't even bothered to call the cab, because - yes you've guess it - she'd pulled that line with me twice before!!! She tries to give you the impression that she has gone out of her way to get appointments for you and that it is your own fault that you end up on the wrong course or in 'testing'! Spends most of her time jabbering away in Spanish, (not realising that I understand every word), so I KNOW she is talking to family members and friends - would love to see itemised phone bill from Loreal technical centre!!!
