TERRIBLE - FIRSTLY THE DRIVER GOT TO ME 35MINS LATE PHONED THE OFFICE 3 TIMES " WHERES MY TAXI ". THE REPLY WAS SHOULD BE WITH YOU ANY MINUTE.
WHEN THE DRIVER DID COME 35MINS LATE THE INSIDE OF THE CAR SMELT OF SOMETHING LIKE CANNABIS OR WEED, THE DRIVERS EYES WERE RED, I TOLD THE DRIVER TO GO THEN HE DEMANDED A CALLOUT FEE, I TOLD HIM TO F*****F BEFORE I CALLED THE POLICE, HE LEFT QUICKER THAN IT TOOK HIM TO COME TO PICK ME UP.
