SHOCKING!!!
Car damaged whilst being recovered.
The result of which meant two days with my car in the garage and a bill for £200.00 to fix the damage to the steering rack, tracking rod and traction control, all damaged in their recovery.
I made contact with garage after to calmly speak through what had happened and to try and resolve the situation.
They were not interested, told me to go through my insurance as "that's what you pay your money for" and "its just one of those things"
The garage that fixed the issue could not believe how the vehicle was recovered so badly!
Would never use again. shocking customer service. stay away from Jonathan!!!
