Always a wait despite their policy being 'one 10 minute appointment, one complaint only discussed'. Don't expect a comprehensive review of your general health; that stopped when Dr C left. Doctors all seem to be part-timers. Nurses are good, pharmacy also despite one or two unsmiling assistants
