After having a text to say taxi confirmed at 9.30pm can't believe when it got close to the pick up time midnight .l checked to see where they are saw they had cancelled the taxi and no text received to let me know .I was left stranded with my disabled father I will never use them again 18-12-16

Friendly staff - I always use Avenue Taxis when travelling round Ipswich. What I like about Avenue is the great woman on the end of the phone when you ring them up. She is always cheerful and we quite often end up having a little bit of a chat. Cars and the drivers are much of a muchness - but I always use the firm due to the cheerful phone banter! 18-11-08
