THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS IN LONDON - This has got to be the best, always really busy, great place fun and LARGE PORTIONS..could'nt finish the fish let alone the chips...
The indian guy gave us a free drink as well..never ever done before....could think about a desert afterwards
GREAT PLACE GUYS, and a wonderfull night out..

Fish & chips that convince - I find it hard to get defensively patriotic about fish and chips. It's true. Everything I associate with them just doesn't stir me enough to stand up for them in the face of foreign criticism.
"I dooo not liiike feesh an' chiiips."
No, me neither, but perhaps I should put it down to bad experiences in the past, the greasy and soggy horrors of a beach front chippy at the tail end of a biker's meet.

Fisher's, however, has restored my faith, and the queues that end in the street show that I'm not alone. Crisp, light batter with moist fish inside and fat, fluffy chips make it a Fulham institution in the making.

Not only that but the service is second to none. Appologising about the wait, the manager gave everyone queuing for take away an extra portion of fish. Where have you seen that before? 06-11-07
