Poor service - This seemed a nice firm until a problem arose. One of our pictures was damaged during the removal as it was not (as requested) bubble wrapped. On instruction from Regency Removals, I obtained quotes to repair it, which I forwarded on to Chris. Funnily enough, despite several attempts to contact him, I haven't heard anything back. The quote is only for £150 so I think they are relying on me writing it off.
