perfect customer service! - I've been coming to this pawnbroker for the last 6 years, and I can't fault them. The staff are great, very friendly, polite and discreet unlike some other pawnbrokers I have dealt with.
Head pawnbroker is a lovely guy, have also dealt with other staff too who are great.
Perfect location too if you're a city worker like me.

If you prefer to deal with professional friendly people who have at least some understanding about quality customer service, I encourage you to avoid Hatton Garden Pawnbrokers!
While talking to them over phone earlier today, I found them rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Unpleasant feeling after talking to them; these people seem to lack integrity.
I found their details on Internet. Will avoid contacting them in the future.
