Dealings with this Company - My husband has been using this above Company for his accounts for over 16 years.

However, due to the poor amount if work my husband recieved during recent times in the recession, he earned a pittance to what he usually earned, so finantially as a family we really struggled last year.
However, this did not seem to phase J & R Bussiness Services and as we were unable to pay on the initial invoice, I called the Company and explained we were having finantial difficulties. Just after the new year in 2010, we recieved a letter by J & R telling us they were taking us to the small claims court as we had defaulted on their invoice!!!!
It did not matter that I had called to explain we were having money problems, they did not care about us. Or about the fact that we had used them for over 16 years and had built up a rapport with one of the directors !!! So, early january I sent them a letter with 2 post dated cheques telling them to cancel our business dealings with the company and we would find a more compassionate accountant !!! THey have absolutely appaulled us the way they dealt with this matter.
Therefore, if toy need an accountant I would think seriously about using this firm, who only care about their own "profit margins" not your's !!
