EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! - I absolutely disagree with the below comments, I contacted this firm with a problem that needed urgent assistance, they asked me to come in as soon as possible and got the ball rolling. The matter was dealt with very promptly and professionally. My solicitor was friendly, easy to talk to and was very understanding.

This firm is funded by legal aid, so money is defiantly not there main priority.

The outcome of my case was very positive, and me and my family are now very happy thanks to Watkins Solicitors. (The whole team are GREAT!!) =)

Never available and rude - This solicitor is only contactable if there is a reason for you to be charged. Not helpful, not friendly or approachable and anything requested seems to take twice as long as any other solicitor, as you can then be charged for chasing the work.
Definitely not a professional outfit. My advice, go somewhere else!

Very rude - In a work capacity, i called and experienced the 2 rudest people i have ever spoken to.
Perhaps if i had been calling to pay them to do something for me things would of been different?
I certainly would never employ their services.
Maybe a spot of phone ethics would not go amiss.
