A real local - As a resident of Abbeville road and a naturally biased fan of the one of the best kept secrets in London, namely, the quaint Abbeville village… I must promote the jewel of the crown, the Abbeville Gastropub. A great country style pub with really good food, from burgers to their famous Sunday Roast. The place is packed 7 nights a week, with really nice staff and a welcoming local atmosphere. Great place to watch the football and rugby too! And a great hide-away where I often tend to escape the everyday hustle and bustle of hectic London city life. 04-09-07
