West Heath Medical Centre - I have been attending this Medical centre and still do to present. Even before when it was a little surgery. I have read the Reviews on this Medical centre and I also agree on some of the comments that have been made. But however if we were to speak about how Good the Doctors are in there Skill, Knowledge and Care they have given myself and the Five generations of my family that have attended. I would score them a High Five. At the end of the day waiting times are a little long sometimes and you can only get an appointment on the actual morning by phoning no advanced appointments. But I would strongly recommend Dr Vora, Dr shar and Dr Maningford to any person as they always put the Patient First and not the needs of the Government as in Budgets and so on. Overall its not the venue or waiting time that matters its the doctors and their attention to detail and Compassion that count especially as they do the jobs well and have saved many people in one way or another.

doctors waiting area - waiting time in the doctors is ridiculous, you get an appointement time given to you and yet still you are waiting 15 to 20 mins to see a doctor, why bother with the appointment system if you are not going to see them on time also when you speak to the receptionist about private things it is supposed to be private and confidentiality, how come the whole of the waiting room can hear what you are saying and what you have come for.

The Doctors - I have been going there for a while now and it has got worse! I am looking to move now as you sometimes have to wait up to a week to get an appointment even if you inform them how ill you are. The receptionist is polite and helpful as she possibly could be. Previously, family have been diagnosed wrong.
