What Cashback?! - My wife and I purchased a phone package from Microhard in Alperton with a cashback offer. Being new to such an incentive we fell for the line given by the Sales Assistant, "Your account will be credited by the cashback amount after 6 months". 6 months passed, 12 months passed - nothing!! When we enquired about the cashback we were referred to their mother store in Slough who accused us of lying and conveninetly pointed out that there was no record of any cashback. They also said we give out vouchers - if you dont have a voucher you were never entitled to a cashback. Their aggressive MD/HR/Customer Services Manager all rolled into one super human being said "if you're unhappy then print it in the papers". I hope Tipped will post this as we now feel for other unsuspecting customers who may fall for this. I would give Microhard a negative score. 26-07-10
