AQ Beauty Salon Horrible Place - I had a very bad experience at this place and will NEVER recommend this beauty parlour to anybody. The staff is careless & irresponsible. I had gone there to have a skin bleach treatment done. In the past, there has been one instance where my skin has reacted to the bleach used by the parlour - So I informed the beautician who was to do treatement on me about it. As all beauty treatments should be carried out - I asked her to carry out a Patch test first - that is test a small area of skin with the bleach to see whether it reacts or not.
That beautician lady did not listen to me and was adamant. She waved me off saying she will first apply and if there is any burnign sensation she will wipe it off immediately. The moment she put the bleach on my face, my face started burning. I immediately told her to wipe it off. And within few seconds of putting it on and wiping it off my face was blistered all over!!! The bleach they prepare is extremely strong with lots of ammonia in it. Even inspite of WARNING her she went ahead and plastered my face with the strong bleach.

And this is not all. They did not even offer me a Face wash or soap to wash my face. I begged them to give me a soap to wash my face. And the horrible staff over there said- we dont have any face wash or soap. I asked them can you give atleast some cold cream to put on my face to stop burning sensation. They said we don't have any cream. The behaviour of the staff was most outrageous and shocking. I am going to file a complaint in consumer court about this. AQ Beauty Parlour in WEMBLEY is highly unprofessional and unethical place. Please pass this message to all your friends so that no one ever has the bad experience that I had.
