thumbs down to service - I love Mac make up it does the job very well, the only let down is the staff at the covent garden store. Out of the many times i've been in there i've come across two members of staff who have wanted to help me or seem remotely interested and still then you can tell they start to get bored and become less keen with a lack of good service. As for the rest of them its like its a chore to ask if you need help when they can see that you blatently do or if you ask them questions they just respond as if they don't really care. There is never usually any kind of greeting when you enter the store and i have to say pretty ,much 99% of the time i have to approach a member of staff before they approach me.
Its not on really, i just don't understand why there in the job if they cant deliver the good service. Stop being so snooty and snotty acting like your superior because the make up dosent make you.
