I would like to advise that the service offered byJoseph's Wigs
(24 Rosehill Court;Bishopsford Rd
SM4 6JS Morden) is appalling.
They display a huge variety of wigs on their website which they cannot get for their customers to try on. They are liable to charge VAT for customers that should be VAT excluded for health reasons. They are lazy in finding new styles. They are insensitive to the health problems of their clients and faced with any criticism over poor service they suggest the prospective customer stop bothering them and buy directly on line making no attempt to improve the service. After working for 25 years at St Helier Hospital and thinking that patients with hair loss could depemd on them I now wish to warn clients that they could become very distressed by the attitude of the couple who run this business.
