Disappointing - It's a shame Baby Baby have not improved their after sales service, especially for new vunerable parents. I had a faulty buggy purchased from Baby Baby in West Wickham. Their service was fine until I needed their help with a replacement buggy - but no. They were not interested in helping, although they admitted there was a fault with the mechanism. When will these companies start to realise that customers will only return if they have received good service. If you have sold a faulty item, you should replace it/have it repaired but also offer a replacement whilst this is being done. It's hard work being a new parent and bad customer service does not help.

SHOCKING SERVICE/ATTITUDE - SHOCKING!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! I am SO disappointed. You may think they are 'nice' when you are buying something but DONT BE FOOLED- the after care service is terrible! They are rude and unhelpful and are only interested in 1 thing- MONEY! once they take your money- thats all that matters to them!! If you have a problem with an item bought from the shop they will find anyway out of helping you. I bought a travel system from them which has now had 3 faults- the last 2 were because the back wheels keep falling off! I was crossing a road when the wheel came off and my baby nearly tumbled out (he is only 3 months old so not strapped in yet!) I have been told they have replaced the faulty wheel thats all they can do. within a few hours the other wheel kept falling off, went back into the shop and was told they will now replace that one. i was told to go away and see if it keep happening! I explained that this is not safe and if the wheel would fall off and i feel over my baby could get hurt! they didnt CARE! i even said please refund my money and ill spend however much more to get a better pram- better quality as this is at the risk of my new born babied life- they still refused!! I AM SHOCKED THAT THEY WOULD RATHER SEE IF MY BABY FALLS OUT OF THE PRAM NEXT TIME THEN SEND IT OFF TO BE CHECKED... I have been left holding my baby as i cannot use this pram. I have had to go out and buy another pram and am left with a pram i cannot not sell on in clear conscience as i believe it is dangerous. All i wanted was a refund or at the very least the offer of my faulty pram being sent back to the manufacturer to be rigorously tested and therefore be reassured it is not a dangerous product.

Perfect experience - Could not have asked for better service, all members of staff at BabyBaby were really helpful. They helped my wife choose our pram, tried it in my car boot and found a carseat which fitted perfectly in my car. I have been to other retailers but this was recommended to me by a friend who was also very impressed with their service.

AWFUL - READ OTHER SIMILAR REVIEWS - As per other reviews Eve the owner is nice to start with but the once opportunity arose to change what we paid for and what we had not it became a different situation. Agreement has been broken and after speaking to Trading Standards they are also disgusted and have agreed to proceed with our complaint and retrieve all our money back.

Avoid at all costs and use a retailer that provides the same service after your purchase as they do at the start when they want your money, also use someone who provides clear terms and conditions as opposed to a piece of paper the size of 4 postage stamps that when i mentioned i had not received accused me of ripping off off the invoice.

5 stars, excellent service - being a first time parent, i had no idea what i was looking for!! i looked around many big stores, but no one was available to help me with what i needed for a baby.

i heard about BabyBaby through a friend who purchased everything at their store. i visited their store in west wickham, and straight away felt welcome.

they had a wide varity of prams and carseats which the lady went through it great detail to make sure i was making the right choice. we even had the chance to try prams in my boot and different carseats to make sure they fitted correctly.

i purchase a icandy apple pram with a carseat, all my furniture for the nursery and many other items from babybaby. We are very happy with our decision and very grateful for all the advice given to us.

i would (and have) recommended this store to all of my friends as their service was excellent!!

BabyBaby West Wickham - Had to write a quick review about BabyBaby West Wickham, Kent. Bought a Silver Cross 3D travel system with car seat from them, they tried it in my car and showed us how to fit it in.
They showed us how to fold the 3D as many people have trouble closing them and broke them.
We have continued to go back to them as they are knowledgeable and very helpful.

BabyBaby Fantastic service - Dont believe the bad reviews, the service I received at BabyBaby West Wickham Kent was fantastic. I ordered an iCandy Pear which arrived on time. I was shown how to use it by the very knowledgable and friendly staff. They also fitted the car seat correctly in my car. they advertise they are accredited by Bromley road safety - which I checked and they are.

I have also shopped at Baby Nest in Croydon and have not been impressed by the service.

Friendly to start with.... - Sadly I can't give zero for this.

So friendly and helpful and accommodating to begin with, but the problems we ended up having with them its unreal.

Firstly, purchased a car seat with them. The seat itself has been fine, but when we called in to pick it up, we were not showed how to fit it despite them saying they would and proudly displaying all they're expert car seat fitter certificates on the way.

Secondly, we purchased a pushchair. They told us it would be 3 weeks, we didn't mind at first as baby wasn't due for another 2. Big mistake. Baby was early. That should've been our own fault I guess, but instead of being understanding, sympathetic or helpful they basically said tough - no help or suggestions on whether we could borrow/hire one etc. Plus they repeatedly lied about when they were expecting delivery of the pram. At one point the delivery time went up to 6 weeks! Eventually managed to get a credit note out of them.

However, they were so unwilling to do this, they pretty much wanted to keep the 300 quid we'd given them and they made it really difficult for us to spend it, giving us no help when we went back in to redeem it. In the end I got so fed up with their rubbish service that they 'had' 40 pounds off us because I could just not bear to go back anymore!

I appreciate where they stood on us having ordered a pram then needing to cancel the order. However at a time when new parents need support and understanding, we received none. I wouldn't have minded but it was a 3D that they would've had NO problems selling on.

Will never ever go to a small shop again, although I have heard very good things about the Baby Nest mentioned in the other review. Baby Baby ruin the reputation of small business.

Please do NOT buy here - DO NOT BUY HERE - EVER
I would like to warn potential customers of the poor quality of after sales care at this shop. I purchased a iCandy pram which with all the bits and additional items I spent over £1,000 in store. They customer service at this point was amazing, they were so friendly and willing to help. I called them to inform them of the fault and was treated so poorly and in the end after months of rows ended up paying for the pram to be fixed myself.
