I totally agree! - What a great little company; amazing ideas and great service.
Keep it up guys!
We only bought a few small items from fci but the service was just so NEW!
The furniture is really trendy exclusive so we expected a little snob factor from the staff - we could not have been more wrong.
We will definitely be back for more.

so so grateful - I have to explain that i never write reviews online; this will be my first. I feel compelled to do this as the service and help i have received from this company (whom i had never heard of a few months ago) has been simply remarkable. My wife was due to deliver our second son and we were in the process of a very messy house move. Friends of ours recommended we visit fci for our furniture requirements.
These guys took care of all the normal stuff like designing the space and ordering the furniture expertly. We were due to move into the new house the weekend my wife went into labour!
fci not only installed the masterbedroom overnight ( so we could bring Heather and Daniel back home the next day) but they also filled the house with loan furniture (as our ordered goods were not due for a few weeks yet). They genuinely gave a damn.

I have never received customer service like this. I would highly recommend this firm. 03-09-08
