the pharmacist - well,for the most part the staff are friendly until anew pharmacist started and he was very abrupt and he treats you like a second class citzen,i think his service skills are some thing that need brushing up on .....ive been going to this chemist for 2 years now and have had no prblems ,but just because i said i was annoyed with his behaviour....i have since found out ive been banned .i have never been rude to the staff and i was told it was my language but i have never been rude...i wish there was a way i could complain to whoever manages the stores ....i have never been so cross lisa bousfield
