Completely disheartening - I had walked past this beautiful shop so many times on my way to and from the city centre and when I was finally engaged this is the first shop I thought of to look in as all of the dresses were so lovely. I booked an appointment and turned up on the day and I was ever so excited. I was met by a young girl who was really nice and helpful. She really wanted to help me. I picked out some dresses that I really liked and I joked by saying I am quite short.. I am 5"2'. We both laughed. Susan then came out after dealing with her last appointment and she was very abrupt.. Took the dresses that I wanted to try on and put them back on the rails saying I was too short to try any of these dresses on. She then continued and said I wouldnt be able to get a made to measure dress because I was so short. This really upset me and she asked if I had thought about shorter dresses. I humoured her but I wanted a pretty full length dress. After leaving this place being rushed out the door because of her next qppointment (i had only been there 10 minutes) I was so sad and didnt feel like visiting the rest of my appointments that day.
I have also spoken to a few of my colleagues at work and have been told that Sue had also called them fat.. This was a truly disheartening experience to what should be so very exciting.

Wedding & Bridesmaid's Dresses - I would 100% recommend anyone to go to Susan Graley's. I bought my wedding dress, tiara, veil, Earings, necklace and all 5 bridesmaids dresses from Susan. I found susan and her lovely staff helpful, honest and lots of fun to be with.
At Susan Graley's they have the most beautiful dresses and definitely worth going to look at because i'm sure you'll find the dress of your dreams.

Fantastic! - I can honestly say that after buying my wedding dress three years ago from Sue you would not find a better service anywhere.( i am finally getting to wear my beautiful dress this weekend after buying it and then having a baby in between). Sue was refereshingly honest when i bought it at a time when other shops i'd visited just seemed to tell me what they thought i'd wanted to hear.She listened to what i'd thought i'd wanted and then found the perfect dress, which was the complete opposite, to flatter my shape, it couldn't have been any better and i'm so pleased that i listened to her advice. During the last three years Sue has stored my gown pressd it (twice)let me have endless fittings as i had alot of weight to lose before the big day,put me in touch with so many services, soreted out the most amazing coloured bridesmaid dresses and most of all been a honest sounding block of good advice. You will be very hard pressed find gowns any where that are as beautiful as Sues and after knowing Sue for these years, any where wo will go to so much trouble to make sure that buying your wedding dress is as stress free as possible, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Sue! xx

Fab!! - Sue and the girls have been fantastic! As soon as I met susan she said she had the dress for me and she was right it is perfect!! They made me feel extremely welcome and gave me honest opinions which have helped me a great deal over the past few months! I would definately recommend susan to my friends and family her experience and frienly advice is exactly what brides to be need in these exciting yet sometimes stressful times !! xx

Dream dress - I visited Sue at Wedding Gowns By Susan Graley during my lunch break one day after having her shop recommended to me by a colleague. Within two minutes of being inside she'd dropped everything and whisked me off to look through her beautiful selection of gowns. Sue is very warm and enthusiastic without being in any way pushy, which was refreshing and very welcome after the service I'd received in some other local wedding dress suppliers. She listened to what I wanted but when necessary she cleverly steers you in another direction if necessary! After all she has a lot more experience in this field than any bride to be. I found my dress in a corner as if it was sat waiting for me, and Sue made me feel like a queen the minute I put it on. She and her girls are really lovely and incredibly helpful, I would happily recommend them to any bride. The shop is very pretty and the prices are second to none too so all in all I can't speak highly enough of them. Go and see them first!

Maggie Sottero Dress - Brea - After many weeks of searching for the perfect dress to fit my build, i finally decided on a Maggie Sottero - Brea. I went to see Sue at Wedding Gowns By Susan Graley to try on the dress and to place my order.
Sue was great, I found her to be warm, friendly and full of enthusiasm, she made me feel every bit the bride!. The service i received was great and it made the whole process painless. I placed the order and i received a fabric sample within 2 weeks which really helped me get all my matching accessories.
I would recommend visiting this shop, the staff are friendly and their prices are competitive. They will take the time out to give you their honest opinions and recommendations which is really valuable.
I am delighted with my dress, only 7 weeks to the big day!! Woohoo!
