The Capitol is an award winning Chinese restaurant that specialises in Canton and Peking Cuisine. It is centrally situated within Hamilton Square, overlooking Hamilton Square Gardens, the Capitol Restaurant occupies a Grade II listed building. The theme of the Capitol is that of a Chinese Art Gallery. It boasts many styles of authentic Chinese paintings and all the decor is hand painted. The restaurant also offers family and banquet menus as well as an extensive wine list.
