SECURITY FASCIST - As a frequent customer of Mama Mia, I appreciate your high quality food. However, as a qualified working nurse, I take less abuse/grief off my patients than I did tonight. The abuse coming from your 'security staff', she was a female, overweight, around 40 years old, included verbal abuse/physical threats. I do not expect this in my home town, I do not expect this on the streets, I do not expect this associated with Mama Mia.
I hope that next time I choose to give my custom to your establishment, that you have friendlier staff/security and choose to welcome your customers in a warmly fashion as this strongly influences your reputation.
