The worst ever - The worst sandwich ever, it ruined three days of my life because of a spoilt "chicken rap" sandwich. I had a food poisoning which lasted for 3 days because of eating there. My only advice is just to stay away of this place.

AWFULL!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! - I gave this a 1 star rating but if I could it will be zero!!

charged 3.50 for a bottle of water for my sister and I have a vile vanilla latte and it was repulsive. I asked for a refund and they declined and were just rude.

it was dirty and smelly. I ended up going to Costa which is about two or three shops down and had the most loveliest hot chocolate and blueberry cake and cost less!! and staff were friendly...and a lot cleaner.

This place should be SHUT DOWN.

WORST EVER!! - Went for lunch after a hard day's shopping. Sat outside under the awning. There was a WORM that crawled out of the salad. The manager was not even apologetic and tried to fob us off by saying that it was because we sat outside (like everybody else being it a warm sunny day) and that the worm must have come from outside!!!!! He even tried to make me pay for the food which we retuened untouched, and had the gall to be really annoyed that i would not pay for the salad!! Avoid this place at all cost....I have lived in the UK all my life and have never seen such disgusting service and unhygienic food.

Toilet paper bonanza - Well the imaginative name should have given this place away as a cafe not to visit. We were looking for somewhere cheap to sit down and have a sandwich for tea. Cafe Fred was the nearest and so qualified for our custom.

The food itself was OK. But where you spot a bin in the middle of the restaurant with rubbish flowing out of it that is a bit of a clue as to whether you should still be in the place. But when your wife comes back from the toilet and tells you that she had to put the toilet paper in a bin rather than flush it - and the bin was over-flowing, then you realise that this is a cafe to miss!
