A former timber market for ship builders, Camden Lock Market, renovated in the 1980's, is now a bustling young artists workshop centre. At the weekends, it opens as a market and sells a range of ethnic foods and spices as well as arts and crafts, vintage clothing, jewellery, mirrors, pictures and books.

Vintage Clothes Berty & Gerty - This is a must for anyone in love with Vintage accessories. The owners Berty & Gerty have an eye for quality mainly 80's shoes, boots and bags. I have to be strict with myself when entering B&G, otherwise, I would buy the whole shop. Recently, I purchased a pair of vintage Red Bally boots for £30 (what a bargain!) these would be over £400 if I bought them today. Also, a pair of Gina shoes in a bright pink snake skin for only £45. A top tip is to visit on a Friday or early Saturday morning; because this is when B&G put the Creme de la Creme out for Weekend trading. Love it!
