Beware- Rip off and stinks - Just collected my laptop only to be greeted with a £50 bill, on top of the £35 that I had to pay for them to 'open it up'. This was after having clearly stated that I wasn't prepared to pay anymore than the 35 when I took in... it's not even worth 85 quid so why would I bother. They also said they would call to check if I was OK with the price before any work was done... they didn't. Shop assistant was extremely rude and smelt like he hadn't seen a shower... in fact the smell of rotten Cornish Pasties slaps you in the face as you walk into the shop. He essentially called me a liar and that 'it wasn't his problem that I hadn't heard him'. Interestingly another customer was complaining that she hadn't been told of hidden costs when she brought her laptop in too...

I would advise all to give this place a wide berth... I'm fuming over the service and terrible attitude (and stench) on offer 20-07-10
