3hours for a delivery - Have used once before as am only up the road but tried again this week and they took 3hrs to deliver. We ordered at 7.30pm and they rang the doorbell at 10.30pm when we were going to bed. No apology, just said they were busy. Had tried ringing over 5 times after it had been an hour but engaged and then got through for the phone to be hung up! I will never be using this company again.
