TERRIBLE NAILS - Arrived for application of Gel nails, was asked if id like coffee, GREAT !!Whilst sitting at reception desk very young girl came over and started to remove my nail varnish, WRONG!!
Same young girl aged 16 did my nails, very nice young girl all seemed ok, had a very small issue there was a dot on my white tip which she did notice but said nothing, I said nothing too it was ok wasn't the end of the world even booked for another appointment including my daughter for more Gel nails. Left shop very pleased, Next day out in the day light there where bubbles/ Dots, called into shop as id paid £20 and these definatly wasn't right, When I had the nails done was told they last 2 weeks and would have to go back as accitone is used to get the Gel off.
So the manager Terri rang told me they would re do the nails that were bubbled, She asked me how many nails had bubbled , out of 10 fingers 7 needed re doing , she said they would only replace the ones that where wrong I was a quite shocked at this, Arrived into shop the next day manager saw nails , By the time id gone back to the shop id had these Gels on for only 5 days already saw signs of pealing around the cuticles she said this was normal. To be honest with you I was so upset with the mess up I had been growing my nails and knowing id have to put my nails in accitone which doesn't do them any favours I was annoyed , I wasn't going to go back but I needed to get the Gel off so I just had them dipped and had them painted,Whilst in the shop I did tell the girl who did my nails that I wasn't happy with the young girl I had good reason to be angry . whilst in the shop I asked if I could rebook with with a new girl as I didn't want this trainee doing my nails again , all was well until I got a call from Miss Terris nails cancelling my appointment reason being because id viewed my disappointment with my nails to the girl who was doing mine and id made her feel uncomfortable , well that's strange as we got on really well even left her a business card as she wants her hair done, she said it would be best if I don't come back, SHOCK HORROR .
Ive been in the Beauty business for over 27 years my job involves talking to people but believe when ive been fobbed off with the manager telling me that after 5 days my nails have started to flake that's normal , I don't think so. Well bottom line THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE MY NAILS AND SKIN ARE DRY . jUST TO LET BOSS GIRL KNOW YOUR STAFF DO TALK ABOUT CLIENT IN THE SHOP WONT CALL IT A( SALON) AND IM SURE YOUR MALE WAXING CLIENT WOULD BE VERY HAPPY YOUR TALKING ABOUT HIM AND THE SHOP WAS FULL AT THE TIME . IT SAYS YOU RUN NAIL NVQ COURSES JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE DOESNT MEAN JACK... Everyone please yourself if you go to the SHOP, Just keep your mouth shut if you complain .

Lovely - I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, but I have to completely disagree with your review! I have never heard any of the staff using bad language, they have always been very friendly and professional. They have always tried to accommodate my needs, and their prices are also very good.

do not go anywhere near this shop - MONEY GRABBING INCAPABLE AND ROUGH!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE, DIRTY ROOMS, THE STAFF ARE UNKEPT AND THERE LANGUAGE IS DISGUSTING. JUST A GROUP OF SCUMMIES WHO THINK THEY CAN PERFORM BEAUTY TREATMENTS!
