Very Bad / Avoid at all costs - Try and avoid at all costs.

A nuisance throughout process.

Always asked for money at every available opportunity and rung for it several times a day but when needed wouldn't get in contact.

Advised couldn't communicate through email or text so called which was a pain while at work.

When situations arose they made them unnecessarily stressful.

Brought a bulk of furniture through his connection for ease as they had the keys but they kept part of the furniture in spite as I used another letting agent.

Cut my losses as couldn't be bothered to deal with them anymore.
