How quickly five stars can wither to none. But of course I am obliged to add one out of post-lockdown solidarity and compassion.
You list a phone number. I found it on sundry other websites as well. When I dialled, it didn't so much as start to ring before booting me off. Tried again. Same result. All a bit Groundhog Day.
Still, given that your Poole branch was equally unhelpful/efficient, I guess it must be a corporate thing.
