Disgusted - I am surprised in this current climate that a small business in direct competition with Pizza Hut and Dominos can afford to be so slack. Firstly, they had run out of the super size pizza base..surely if its made on the premises every day as advertised this shouldnt have been a problem. Secondly they got the order wrong. All we wanted was a BBq base on one of our pizza's. When i phoned to request a fresh pizza after they suppiled a regular base instead i was spoken to by a rude man who seemed digusted that i should make such a request. The new pizza eventually arrived..no apology, just another moody/stroppy man at the door who practically threw the pizza in my direction..should have thrown it back!!THe fresh pizza shows they have no regard for customer satisfaction, bearing in mind now we had waited one hour and 20 minutes from time of order...they then took the mickey and put on so much bbq base that it could barely be eaten.(making a point i guess) To round things off nicely there have been numerous trips to the toilet this morning as a result of the pizza's. A letter has been written to the health and safety people and i for one wont be supporting this local business in future and will be back to pizza hut or dominos.
