Don't even bother! - I booked this restaurant on my brothers recommendation 4 weeks in advance as a special meal to celebrate both mine and my sisters birthday. We turned up on the night (after both email and verbal conversation) and were disgusted to find that the reservation was not going to be honored as (per the words of the waiter on duty) "someone had been in that morning and booked the area we had and what was he to do- disappoint his customers?!" regardless of the fact I could show him the email and we were there first anyway on the night. He totally ruined a valued night out and I will be making sure that every site with them listed are aware of the fact that making a booking does not guarantee a reservation.
