Quarter Jewellers - Rodney Randall - They lost my engagement ring........... need I say more, I quote "its just a ring" "its of no sentimental value to me" and " Anyone would have thought someone had died the way your reacting" ladies what would you do?

The owner Rodney Randall has disputed the value of my ring despite the fact I have an independent valuation for replacement (as instructed by me solicitor) and also wont give me a valuation for the ring he wants to offer me as a replacement, I have asked for money to the value of my ring (as my solicitor told me I am allowed) guess what Mr Randall didn't like that and refused to deal with me, I could have quite rightly gone in and torn him a strip off but I haven't. Oh and no apology either.
