Snobbish and condescending showroom manager. Shows no respect to customers. Discriminated against customers on their again and racing against people from minority background. Not being able to manage her negative emotions such as jealousy when seeing people at their young age and from minority background could afford high end furniture. Very sad.

Big fan of ... - We only discovered Louise Bradley about 12 months ago and have since become regular visitors. Our experience has been in complete contrast to the other comments....
It seems that we are in a continual process of re-decoration and the staff at LB's have been extremely helpful as they have grown to understand and know our tastes ... and our house is much the better for it. We have been delighted with the quality and will continue to use the shop as a means to improve our home.

Not happy with quality and service - We bought a quite nice but expensive console at Louise Bradley.
When it was delivered, we noticed that the stone was scratched and not properly sanded. Moreover, the table was also bent.
We tried to get Louise Bradley to fix the issue or get some discount as the delivered good was not in perfect shape.
However, Louise Bradley did not want to take any responsibility in this issue and unjustly blamed the movers. They tried to get us to ask for damages for the movers but they would not do any gesture themselves.
We made the mistake to fully pay for the goods before it was delivered. Please don't do the same.

Antiques!! NOT - This store does not sell antiques, and was personally not at all keen on what they do sell which is some furniture and interior items. Some of the smaller pieces were interesting, but wouldnt waste my time.
I found the Andrew Martin store was far better, and understand the Nina Campbell store is delightful as well.
