Dissapointed - I am a huge fan of fat face clothing...
Today I was disappointed though... story is I bought an item a few days before (wed) and wore it (Thurs) for the evening.
i was going to wear it again Saturday but it had worn through on the front, the threads seemed to have frayed. I took it back looking to replace it.
I was told that it was not usual wear and it was implied that it was in some way my fault. The check out person went and checked with her supervisor, only for it to be approved for a replacement.
As we left my husband asked if it were likely to happen again, and it was implied again that it depends on how it was worn because it must be something we are doing?
Felt like they just had to have the last say no matter what.
