I highly recommend studio B to anyone looking for a good gents barber. I had been using a regular barber for the past 5 years until it shut down unexpectedly and it took me a long time to find another whom I could trust to deliver consistent high standards. I was really pleased to discover this place. The boss man not only cut my hair really well, he also gave me great tips on how to style and maintain it and even tips for good hair nutrition. I have definitely found the right barber for me from now on. 14-10-16

Nice place, but bad service.... - I usually use the same barber shop, but as I had run out of time i decided to use a shop in Kingston. Studio SB looked like a good place so thought i would give them a try.....bad move.

When i walked in, I sat down a picked up a magazine. I hadn't realized yet, but the hairdressers were cutting each others hair!

Once i sat down i then further realized she couldn't really speak english. (I have nothing against foreign people, but when they don't speak english and I can't tell them how I want my hair it makes me nervous to say the least!).

After a good 35 minutes i was beginning to get bored with her cutting the smallest amounts of hair off, and me having to tell her to fade in the "V".

By the time she had stopped I was just glad i could leave! The haircut was shocking, even after me telling her to fade in the sides, they clearly weren't! The fringe wasn't straight, the hair at the front is a different length to the hair at the back with a clearly visible step in the middle.

Overall, I'm sorry to say I wouldn't go back to Studio SB and definitely would not recommend. 27-05-08
