CarpetWRONG! - These jokers are complete timewasters.

From visiting the showroom to calling 3 times and emailing once the quotation took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The quotation was for 1 bedroom carpet and 2 options for vinyl floor covering in a downstairs utility and toilet area. The vinyl part of the quotation was very confusing with 5 sq meters difference and a significant cost factor between the two due to wastage. The estimator had used measurements on the second option form a 3m width rather than a 2 m roll.
After visiting the store twice to try and get some sense out of all this I was told the estimator would have to come back and re-measure – he does not apparently write down of keep dimensions.
If I had not raised the question and just gone with the second option I could have ended up paying over £50 more than I needed to

After 30 days of this I told them to forget it and went to Allied carpets just down the road.

Carpetright? You have to be joking, more like CarpetWrong!
