Will never order again!!! - I tried Up All Night Burger Joint for the first time tonight and never again will I use them! We bought for 6 people and half of the pizzas were burnt, those that weren't tasted like melted cheese on stale bread. The ETA was 45-60 mins but we waited almost an hour and a half. When I phoned to complain their respose was "your pizza will be with you shortly"...erm my complaint was that the disgusting pizza had arrived and was inedible. I suggested they return and give us a refund but all I was offered was money off next time...yeah of course I will order from them again!!!
Then as I put the phone down I realised our free bottle of drink was not here, so when I called to ask where it was, I was told they would send it out, but I am yet to see that...it may arrive but the man on the phone didn't seem too happy that I had called and I will sure check the bottle is sealed!!!!
Never again will I order from here!!!
