Not even basic customer service - First visit to burger king in Middlesbrough and certainly the last. My only other visit to Burger King was nearly a year ago in Darlington. I requested two Dark Whoppers at Middlesbrough and asked if they did Milk Shakes - the abrupt and curt answer was 'No', just like that. I was a bit taken aback but looked up around to see what other drinks were on offer. Before I had time to even focus, the girl asked 'Is that it?' So I said yes, and went without a drink. I Paid up but then asked if they had dips........'Yes' she said. So I had to ask what type: 'Barbecue and Sweet Chilli' came the reply. So I requested one of each. When I got home I noticed she had put in two of Barbecue!!!! I know serving at these places is not rocket science, but basic customer service should be the aim of ANY shop. I found this service pathetic, surprising and shameful. I shall not be visiting that establishment again.
