brilliant service! - Berketex was the third store i visited on my day of appointments, and I'm so glad I did! The girls were lovely, so helpful and found me my dream dress after an hour of experimenting! The alterations package came in very useful as I'm quite short and the dress fitted like a dream on the day. Thank you Berketex Brides!

Very rude and stuck up - The staff in this shop are very rude and stuck up, maybe its because its Richmond but i went in the shop enquiring about simple dresses, i dont know if its because they thought it wouldnt be a large budget but they were rude, very off and made me feel very uncomfortable, needless to say i left the shop and went to a fantastic shop in Ashford where i have found the perfect dress and was made to feel very comfortable. Do not bother with this shop.....honest!

Unsatisfactory service - This shop was a Pronuptia franchise. I have no knowledge of the reason for the change.
On 9 May 2008, I took the trouble to visit the Richmond store for a fitting, while flying between Syria and Eritrea. The fitting was inadequate as the staff appear uninterested and lacking in knowledge. The clothes were ill fitting and there seemed to be inadequate stocks to allow choice. However, the staff assured me that all would be well on the day.
I returned to UK on 25 May 2008, for my son's wedding on 28 May 2008. The clothes fitted so badly that I nearly renounced attending the wedding, which as father of the groom would have been a disaster. When the trousers were pulled up, they showed six inches of calf between the trousers and my shoes. When the trousers were worn on the hip, the crotch was half way down my thighs and my bare thighs rubbed together. Also there was a large gap between the waistband and the waistcoat, so that my navel and stomach protruded in an unsightly manner. I refused to be a mockery in such ill fitting clothes.
Fortunately, my wife had brought one of my suits, so that the day was not a total waste, and I could attend the wedding, but not as my son intended. I cannot speak for others, but apparently, I was not the only one to suffer that day from ill fitting clothes.
