3 words: DON'T GO THERE!! - The worst pedicure (apparently French) and manicure (apparently even better than shellac). £60 and 2 hours thrown out the window. I'm ashamed to show my hands and feet. What a disgrace. Even 20 years ago salons were providing better pedi/manis than this.
Save your money and your most precious commodity (time) and don't go there! The female owner is rude and arrogant and when I pointed out how awful my feet looked she made me feel like I was a bother/complainer. Spent another half hour trying to correct the awful job - nails all different lengths and bleeding cuticals, not pretty at all and I couldn't have done a worse job myself if I tried. The correction was patience testing and hardly an improvement. Result = I shall spend the next 2 weeks hiding my nails and sandals are out of the question this July. DISGRACEFUL PITIFUL AND EMBARASSING EXCUSE OF A NAIL SALON. Ladies, do yourself and everyone else a favour and don't go THERE. Leave this salon for the Croydon chavs.
I have only given them 1 point because by giving them zero I am not able to publish this revue.

...terrible. abosolutely terrible. - I stopped going to this shop 2 yrs ago but thought things had changed so i returned. The owner did my nails and was so very rude to both me and my friend. Calling my blond friend a brixton/peckham girl refering to her eyelashes. When my friend stated it was done in the shop 2 weeks before she was adamant this was a lie.
She then proceeded to butcher my nails. she filed my cuticles with the nail machine and said i was making it up when they were ALL bleeding and were all different lengths. It seemed my request for all the same length fell on deaf ears. 2 days after i left the shop after paying £33.00 for a full set, 2 broke as i closed a car door and pulled up my leggings.
When i went back she stated i need to pay £6.00 for repairing the 2 nails. when i stated no, she relented and said £3.00. She did them and didnt file the acrylic down or paint them. she did one nail 3 cm shorter than the rest and told me i was too hard to please and the cuticles match the others.....the cuticles may have but the nail was 3 centimetres shorter than all the others. in the end i paid her another £3.00 for a terrible job.
WILL NEVER GO BACK. I will not pay to be insulted and unhappy.
