Worst place ever!! dont go!! - This is the worst salon i have ever been to both for service and treatment. - Dont go!!!

This is the complaint i sent them and they couldnt even be bothered to send me an apology or even reply - this gos to show just how much they care about the reputation of their company!!

I am writing to give you feedback on the instant quit treatment I received yesterday.

Firstly I regret to inform you that on this occasion I will not be thanking you for your service. I found the entire experience very rushed and uninformative.

I would like to mention that when enquiring about the service the responses I had were very abrupt, rude and unhelpful.

I was left in a cold very unsettling room for the treatment. Whilst the treatment was carried out I was not talked through the procedure only handed laminated sheets of paper with very little information on them. So in all I had no idea what the treatment was doing at various stages thus not understanding the process of the treatment.

I left the treatment not feeling any different as I had no idea what has just been carried out which led to me almost immediately smoking again.

I did purchase the treatment with a very open mind however was severely uninformed of the process.

I would very much like a full refund for the treatment and I will be contacting the voucher company directly to inform them of this.

Taking into account that this is a loss leading purchase I know it is as important as people who pay full price to be satisfied with the treatment as you would not provide treatment at a loss otherwise, however I am now be obliged to verbally and socially forward on these comments.

I regret to complain in this instance however I feel the treatment was not provided as advertised.

Seriously dont go to this place!!! 20-02-12
