A very disappointed customer - I bought an item online with a next day delivery, got email saying item not in stock so will be delivered within 3-5days. 2 weeks later sent 3 emails enquiring about my order and finally asking to cancel it but did not receive any reply. Only when I claimed a refund through Paypal they sent me the item (even if it was cancelled!!!) Did not send it back as still needed it. Asked to refund postage fees and was offered another item to cover the postage. Several weeks have passed since their promise to send another item and still no sign of it.... NEVER NEVER NEVER have any business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 02-04-11
