not happy - Took my 13yr to have a dry cut,once she was seated she told the hairdresser what she wanted,she came back to me and said we dont do dry cuts on long hair(which is clearly not stated anywhere in the shop)so she had to ave it washed,which we had already done that morning.Then my daughter was asked if she had eggs in her hair and she would have to check before she carried on,how dare she all she had was a bit of dandruff which we are treating.my daughter didnt tell me till i got home because she knows i would of said something,so in the end it cost me £25 for a 13yr wet cut,total rip off never going back and will let friends and family know. 13-11-10

Supercuts or Super-rude! - Do you enjoy being spoken down to? Do you enjoy having your hair cut by someone who clearly doesn't want to be there? If you can answer yes to these then Supercuts in Luton, Arndale is the place for you! Extremely rude staff, who wouldn't know what manners were if it came up and slapped them across the face. They may be cheap but my advice would be to pay that little bit extra and visit a real salon. 31-08-09
