Originally set up to provide a relaxing area for associates and clients, the Strongroom Bar is now open to the public providing a full restaurant service with friendly staff and serving a variety of International dishes. They can cater for private parties of up to 150 people. There is also a dance floor with DJs playing the latest tunes.

Yep he's right, great beer & garden - I’ve been to the Strongroom Bar several times now and always exactly the same thing: order a Sierra Nevada in the bottle no glass, walk outside and sit in the awesome garden (outdoor space really). I know there is more to the place like a lot’a cool record label people, media types, musicians hanging out + probably some food and other good beers, but I think for me I’ll stick with gig cause it’s feels perfect. 16-09-08

good beers + garden - Hidden just down an alley from Curtain Rd, Strongroom Bar is a great place for quiet drinks with a mate or alternatively its plenty spacious for raucous drinks with a bunch of mates.

The courtyard garden (carpark) has loads of tables with umbrellas and a covered seating area so its awesome for smokers or for when the sun finally shines.

They do a bunch of good beers like Vedette, Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada and stuff like Heineken on tap.

They do food but I've never eaten here so I can't vouch for that.

They have a late licence until 2 at the weekends and they have pretty good DJs although check before you go what they are as they change a lot - I've also seen a bunch of good little bands here but that doesn't seem to be too regular. 13-08-08
