enquiry - Dear Sir or Madam
I have been approached by a neighbour today comlaining that his mail is no longer arriving on time or for the last 3 weeks not at all.
When he tries to contact you he finds that he cannot leave a message , or the telephone is not being answered, our post code is DE24 8NX.
We have recently had a change of post man and he seems to have difficulty delivering in our area.
Would it be possible for you to look at what could be going wrong, my neighbour is expecting a letter from his solicitor and is a very important document
