absolutely horrible experience with this taxi firm. The driver was nothing but rude and intimidating I've never been to Manchester and didn't exactly know my way around. He turned up late and at a different location to what I asked therefor there was a lot of back and forth as of to where he was, I then got in the taxi and told him the price I was quoted over the phone he then proceeded in calling me a liar a waste of time and telling me to get out of his taxi. After a long night and no other option to get home I agreed to pay more wich I had to pay upfront. The taxi driver was rude the whole journey home and this is a route that's a maximum of about 1 hour and 10 mins by car. This journey took 3+ HOURS! I told him he was going the wrong way but he was persistent that I was wrong and told me I didn't know what I was on about, finally get home and he charge me another £10 cause there was 2 stops (in he same area) I had to pay as he was very threatening. It ruined my night completely. 18-06-16
