rip off avoid - never ever even consider using. nice as pie until the contract is over and you want your deposit back.
ripped off my land lady and me over my deposit. Lies, gets angry easily no matter how desperate you are for somewhere quick and cheap don't use these crocks. Attacked me when I refused to leave until I got my deposit. I phoned the police and before they arrived he phoned them too claiming I attacked him! - his word against mine. But it got the desired effect - I was warned by the poclice that I can't go back there in case he makes a simular claim again. The guy is that good - he knows exactly what he is doing and how to play a game a get away with it. One day I hope his karma will run out. If you are going to deal with him get someome to secretly film the entire thing thats the only defense you have against his wonderful acting. he knows the law and he knows how to get away with what he does. Reciept will say land lady has the deposit - ofcourse he does not give it all to him/her. Then its a messy fight with three parties involved.... Still if you consder that watching a master rip off guy at work is worth the cost of your deposit then use him and enjoy the lesson.
